Easter Blessings...........
Today has been very busy for me as I am sure it has for most of you. Cooking for Easter and working in the yard. So, this will be a short post. Not sure if I will be able to post tomorrow or not.
These flowers are growing where I scattered a pack of wild flower seeds. They are a buttery yellow and close up at night.........any ideas? This one is not quite open yet.
Here is my Joseph's Coat Rose that my son gave me for Mother's Day about 12 or so years ago.
This is the same bloom as above. All of the blooms are different colors, from yellow to orange to pink...........very pretty.
I pray that all of you and yours have a Blessed Easter Day.......May love and laughter last forever after!!
Happy Easter Darla to you and your family.. Love the flowers--especially that rose. GORGEOUS!!!! I cannot wait 'til we get some of our roses blooming. Hopefully, by the middle of May that will happen...
Pretty wildflower, don't know the name though. What a beautiful rose, lovely to have those blooms for Easter. :) Happy Easter Darla to you & your family!
Hi Darla~~ I want to say the yellow flowers are Biden, Osteospermum or coreopsis but my gut tells me that they're not any of these. Did the wildflower seed packet/package list the flowers? If you're really serious about knowing what it is, maybe you can post the list. The flowers are lovely.
I grew 'Joseph's Coat' years ago but black spot was horrid. It doesn't like our climate. Too bad because the flowers are stupendous.
Hope you can get a moment to put your feet up today. :)

We don't celebrate Easter in Malaysia. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful celebration. Those flowers are beautiful, as always.
Good Morning and Happy Easter!!!
It's so good to 'see' you again! May you and your family have a blessed Easter!

Love your rose and will be trying your cookie recipe.

Easter blessings to you and yours.

I hope you had a lovely Easter Darla! I always enjoy your flowers!!
Thank you Darla! I had a lovely Easter and hope you did, too. The rose is beautiful and I am stumped about the yellow flowers...gail
Darla: That was a neat rose, I'm sure I will have them in the future.
Pretty rose. The walking iris (in the other post, that I already commented on) looks like a cross. It is very beautiful.
