WOYWW and BRRRRRrrrrrrr

Remember I am still working in our little breakfast nook area.  When I can manipulate the stairs on the outside deck, without fear of slipping, I'll be back in the craft apartment...

Spent ALL day yesterday trying to make paper flowers.  If you have an easy technique please do share.

I also played on and off with the dry embossing and the embossing powder with different water based inks.

Gotta get back to serious work today.  Good day for it. It's about 45 or so (7.5c) and will not be warming up much.

Congratulations to our First Time Voter!!

Linking up with Mrs. Dunnit !

Be Blessed..

I was a tutorial way back when, with paper flowers made out of coffee filters, looked pretty simple. Check Pinterest, and yes I saw your button on the side bar yesterday...lol, after I published the question about are you on it.

Looks like you're having fun experimenting! My daughter made some paper flowers that turned out divine. I'll have to ask her how she made them.

I did look on 'you tube' for flowers once, they seem to have lots of fabulous tutorials on there. They all look easy until you actually try making them, I know. Think its just a matter of pratising. Happy trying.

Love your inking, embossing and stamping play you'll get some great cards out of those. Thanks for visiting my Journal page. When you say liquid distress do you mean Distress Stains? I have a few but I guess I prefer the inkpads myself too. The stains are good for covering a larger area though. BJ#30

I've followed the directions at this site and love the rolled paper flowers, I save magazines and catalogs just for this.

Brrrr is right! It is a mere 64 out there. Remember I'm a desert dwelling lizard. I'd be weeping frozen tears if it were 45 out there. The paper flowers are looking good. I don't think there is any way to make easy, quick ones. I think it does fiddling no matter what.

I think your flowers are great! I just tried a spellbinders die Spiral Blossom One, and found it to be the quickest flower to make. I bought this some time back and just tried it out this week...this is what I used to make the flowers on my post this week.

In reply to your comment ACmoore has an online store but it is expensive, they run good deals in their "brick & Morter" stores though, I think they might only be in the north because my friend from Texas says she does not have one down there. They are similar to Joanns or Micheals:)

Now-a-days cyberspace shopping is the most in demand. You can send online gifts for your nearest and dearest ones that are being delivered to them through online shopping. Send delicious Chocolate Cake and attractive Flowers to Bangalore through online services.

The natural state of motherhood is unselfishness. When you become a mother, you are no longer the center of your own universe. You relinquish that position to your children. A mother takes twenty years to make a man of her boy, and another woman makes a fool of him in twenty minutes. So respect your mamma and pay your homage them by sending online a Bouquet of enchanted Flowers or a highly enjoyable Bottle of Wine and lip-smacking Chocolates at anywhere in Hong Kong at reasonable price.
