First of the Asiatic Lilies to bloom
Snapdragons
Modge podge of containers.
This container of Petunias was rescued by my husband in November of 2010. It's in full sun right now, about June I'll hang it on one of the branches of the Crape Myrtle Tree for shade. It's still in the container it was purchased in, should I repot it?????????????
One of my favorite Verbenas, aka Miss Prissy.
First Clematis bloom of the season.
First Larkspur bloom of the season of course it volunteered right by the driveway.
Yesterday our thermometer read 94 degrees that's 34.4 celsius. The official reading at the airport was 88 degrees. We are way above normal for this time of the year. I hope this is NOT an indication of what the summer will be like!
HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

Oh, your larkspur is lovely! For some reason, I've never had success with larkspur. And your lilies are already blooming? It's been insanely hot far too early in Upstate SC. Thank you for the tour of your lovely blooms!
Oh so beautiful Darla. I think I accidentally pulled up a good handful of my larkspur and I was wondering why I didn't see any. Sometime I go to pulling and just grab a handful. Verbena is so pretty. Those are big snaps you have there. I think they are prob my fav flower.
I suppose that I shouldn't have planted the hibiscus in the ground. Darn I really contemplated whether I should plant or containerize but oh well. I may replant in a pot. Have a nice weekend and enjoy the gorgeous weather.
aloha darla,
very colorful, your lillies are beautiful - i've always wanted to grow them here but there are way too many bulb eaters in the ground to gobble them up...i can enjoy yours meanwhile :)
Love all your pink blooms! I don't have any Asiatic lilies, think I need to add some. I did see my Oriental Lilies coming up today.
What beautiful flowers. Thanks for sharing.
Those petunias just keep going and going. They have been wonderful rescued plants. Your lilies are so pretty Darla. Why do volunteers always end up growing in the most unlikely spots? LOL! Like a k between your pavers or some such place. Have a terrific weekend.
Darla, your spring blooms are
coming up wonderfully... I'm
so excited that it's spring
that I'm wetting my plants. :)

Hi Darla, Your flowers look beautiful! Love the verbena and the Asiatic lilies. 94 degrees - on my! It was 84 here and normal is probably 54. I'm happy though! We could use a good rain, however.
So many blooms in your garden. The lilies are stunning. I hope it's not as hot as last year either.
It sounds so nice and warm there! We are well below average temps here. I can't believe you have Clematis and Lilies blooming already, beautiful!
I love snapdragons. I will sow them this week. Gorgeous color on your lilies. I wish you and your family a wonderful weekend! Zinnia
That Asiatic Lily is a stunner. Such a gorgeous colour. You've got quite a few great bloomers out at the moment. The rescued Petunias look quite happy in their container. I think I'd just leave them and keep feeding them. Love, love the Larkspur. Those temps sound awfully warm.

So nice to see the Asiatic lily; you have so many colorful blooms already! We're having unusually warm weather, too, and although I'm loving it, I also wonder what the summer will bring. Thanks for visiting me, and Happy Bloom Day!
Lovely colors, even if they are blooming in what is our winter...LOL.
Did see a crocus the other day, and a snow drop.

Hi Darla! My lilies are just showing their green tops. Can't wait to see their blooms! Thank you for showing your beautiful flowers. It's nice to see them when there is rain/snow outside.
Beautiful blooms Darla. Things seem to be slow here. I must be in a cool spot in my area. Snowflakes just finished, so the azaleas. I do have some baby peaches. Must put a net over them to keep something from taking them off.
It has been so hot here too! It is in the 80's but I have a feeling we will all be paying for it soon. Dogwoods are blooming here so it usually gets cold after that.
it is melting here day by day..soon I will be able to begin the mamoth task of this yard...
your lily is gorgeous!!! Your garden is wonderful!
Thanks so much for linking in this week...I always look forward to seeing what each of you guys post...I am sharing your post today on the Tootsie Time Facebook page as well.

Every year is different. Poppies and Larkspur are feeling the heat already while Lilies are just making luxuriant foliage which I hope indicates great blooms.
Your petunias look happy. They might like a couple scoops of fresh potting soil if the soil level is low.
I always love seeing what you have going on - so may of your flowers in bloom I won't see for 3 more months! Amazing WOW! Thanks for sharing! Love your blooms! So nice to see you on Ferlizer Friday

The larkspur is so pretty! Just lovely!
Hi Darla Dear. Sorry I'm so late getting here. Your bloomers are so beautiful. Notice the cherry-red theme? No wonder I love them so much. The lily, then the snap, then the petunia... total eye candy.
I hope your weather cools down. You surely could use some rain right about now. I'll send you some of ours. We have plenty to spare. :) Hugs.
What a lovely display! Those Asiatic lilies are stunning!
Everything looks so good and so early in the year too! I so hope it is not a hot one this summer as the past one. Yikes, my AC got a work out and so did the wallet....
