Thank you for all of the concern about the tornado. Yes, it was a confirmed tornado! My husband said he could see the roof material swirling in the air and then flying out of the air. There was some automobile damage as well from the roof material. Can't say this is anything I would want to see first hand that's for sure.
My computer has been having some issues the last couple of days....Maybe I'll be able to post later today. For now, off to visit you all!!

Glad he was okay, what a scary and strange sight to see a roof being pulled off a building.
Hope your computer starts working again!
A close call indeed. Hope everything gets worked out with your computer soon. :)
I hope both you and your husband have recovered from his experience. I also hope your computer soon gets over its 'issues'.
You can tell I have been gone. I didn't know you guys had had such bad weather. Glad you are okay.
Too close a call, Darla... I thought all of the tornadoes were up in our area. You all are just supposed to get hurricanes!!!! Oh Well--Mother Nature is telling us who is in charge!!!!!
Bet you and your family said an extra prayer of thanksgiving --after that happening... Yipes!!!
Have a wonderful Sunday --and don't ever take life for granted....
Hugs,
Betsy
...I am glad you are all ok! gail
an event like that certainly reminds us that life is not predictable or controllable. So pleased you're OK.
You know, I have been irritated with the Weather Channel's advertisements and updates on their team that is hunting for tornados. They are acting all excited about finding them. The said it was good the ones in Nebraska the other day were in the country.
Then, they showed farm buildings severely damaged. I think the people whose property they are so excited to show should be compensated in some way.
I hope they are able to make repairs in a timely manner. This experience will stay with your husband.
