Some Sunday Sights.

Dogwood Tree berries. A Ladybug on the Cat's Whiskers. A Grasshopper. Don't know how these guys were getting around.

Wonderful wildlife shots yesterday Darla. I love the ladybug on the Cat's Whiskers. That has an unusually pretty flower, I saw it at my local Botanical Gardens this past summer. :)

You get the award for best pictures of Flowers and Family. Did you get over to Tea in my cup, and have a sandwich? lol

I saw the question you asked in the comment to me, didn't know if you would be back soon, so came over to visit! :-)

I believe they start a new list on Saturday evening. I thought it was Camera Critter Sunday. But not sure about waiting until Sunday because everytime I've done that, there have already been lots of posts. So, that's why I'm guessing the list is new early on Sat eve. Glad you are joining in. Nice pictures too!

Cute ladybug and nice shots of the butterfly!

Your last 2 look like they have seen better days. The ladybug is unusual, but there are 350 species in the USA. The grasshopper is great too, you have to look close.

Hi Darla,
Great post! It makes me kind of sad to see the butterflies with the damaged wings. Looks like they are nearing the end of their life cycle. I've had lots of them with damaged wings since the summer is gone.

Those dogwood berries are my favorite. They remind me of Fall.

Absolutely gorgeous photos! Makes one want to head out for a walk, camera in hand! I love the red berries, and then the red ladybug--little touches of red among the green.

More great shots! I never thought of taking a shot of a grasshopper head on. Great angle. And that poor butterfly. I wonder what happened to its wing.
