Today's Flowers

Here are just a few of the flowers that I have still blooming or blooming again in my yard... Jasmine Vine. Well it looks like this Azalea is going to continue to bloom although it's Sept.

Impatients Red Canna Lily
and some wild flowers at the edge of our woods.

The wild flowers are my favorites. Usually they are not bothered by insects and require almost no extra care.

I have mine up at Canon Pixels. I hope you can see it if you have the time.

Very nice series of photos. Yes, it is a bit unusual to have some of these blooming in September. You are fortunate.

Wow, I've never seen azaleas blooming in the fall! Very cool! I might have to check out that encore azalea Dot mentioned. Reblooming azaleas are new to me, and would probably be welcomed by one of my clients whose garden is being transformed into a Japanese-inspired garden.

The Jasmine Vine is pretty, bet it is gorgeous when in full bloom. I mentioned earlier my Encore azalea is in full bloom. Now one of my regular ones is starting to bloom. The bad part about these blooming is they are taking the buds that should bloom in the spring. Then we won't have any. Nature....who can control it?
