Okay, now I have fresh dirt to rake and level for my flowers around my little shed, still need to decorate it, but when he started with the dirt I wasn't about to stop him!
Dianthus.........
Just when I thought these Mums were finished, up pops a couple of late bloomers, hooray!
Winter favorites..........Pansies
We have had a lot of rain for these poor babies, they will bounce back though.

Darla, As usual--your flowers are gorgeous. Seeing them THIS time of year here makes me yearn for Spring. However, our Pansies are hanging in there---even though it's colder than whiz here today!!!
Enjoyable flower series!
Once Christmas is past I’ll have spring fever. Come to think of it I’m ready for spring blooms now.
Darla that little shed is really looking great. I can't wait to see it this spring when I know you will have it looking beautiful. Lucky you, wish I had a little shed like that.
I was admiring the chiminea when you went to the shed and that nice fresh soil! A gardener's dream. Can't wait to see your plantings and I'll bet you can't wait to do the planting either. You certainly have a diverse group of blooms!
Frances
I like your little garden shed. You and the girls did a good paint job. lovely flowers.

Great series of photos--thanks for sharing with us!
You are always blooming!
We got our first snow Saturday.
So nice you still have blooming flowers. Bet you're already perusing the seed catalogs and planning that space by the cute little shed. Thanks for sharing.
We have no flowers now due to the cold so it is doubly nice to see them on your blog.
Quite the variety of color in your garden in Dec...I sure could use your Chimenea here to keep warm outdoors!
all of your fun stuff, it will be great to have a fireplace.
all the flowers especially the pansies in the radio flyer. sound like hubby is a big helper and that is sooo nice. now with all your dirt you can plant away.
Wonderful collections of flowers.
Lots of lovely blooms and the shed is coming along nicely.
You have a great flower show. The Bromeliad is called "Queens Tears"
I wonder why? I adore your red house, it looks so cute, what a nice job to decorate.
I too put pansies, but on the window sills, to brighten up long winters. Nice and delicate shots.
Nice collection!
Beautiful series of photos! I posted pansy flowers too ;)
Beautiful flowers Darla! My favorite was the radio flyer planted with the pansies. Soooo cute!
Oh Pansies
I love pansies and in about four month they will bloom again in my garden.
Thank you for posting your lovely flowers.
You love flowers. Great report
Congratulations.
Thanks for share your adventure!!
Flowers are gorgeous! I love the shed too. I have already showed my husband and told him that I want one. Our Cat sleeps in our little chiminia. I hope when spring comes I might be able to build a small fire in it. I bought mine at a yard sale last year. I got a real deal on it. I know you all will enjoy this.
You amaze me. I am sure your little shed is going to be wonderful when you get all the flower beds around it.
What a treat to see blooming flowers. We are buried under snow here.
I've been thinking about one of those burners too.
Marnie
You continue to amaze me with your flowers in December!!! My favorite is the planting in the Radio Flyer wagon!
What a cute little shed! If I had it in my garden, my daughter would have taken it over as her playhouse,I'm sure.
Thanks for visiting on Todays Flowers and your comment on Mistletoe. Actually, I should warn parents that it is a poisonous plant. If you plan to use it to keep it away from kids and pets.
What a beautiful blog you have - and the garden photos you have throughout are just spectacular. I'm a novice gardener, and my blog actually started out a gardening blog - believe it or not! I'm so in love with the things you've created, and your new chimmea is a perfect addition to your landscape! You're welcome to stop by my blog anytime!
Your little shed is really looking great with the new paint job. Look forward to seeing the progress on this new planting area. Lots of great blooms still holding on strong in your garden. All I have left is the pansies right now. :)
Oh how wonderful to have flowers in December! All we've got up here in NJ is a whole lot of COLD! ;)
The flowers are great! I've always wanted a chiminea but I'm not really out in the yard enough to make good use of it. I'm hoping I pull myself away from this computer and get out in the yard today.
Beautiful collections of flowers.
Greetings from Finland.
Here it`s winter, in Lappland is snow, but we have no longer. Perhaps it`s in Christmas snow.
Have a nice week.
I love all the flowers, especially the photo of the ones in the wagon. Your little fire (pot?) looks nice and inviting.
Paz
