Bloomin' Tuesday...
Hooray! It's Bloomin' Tuesday....The flower choices are getting fewer and fewer. Here's what I have to offer today. These photos were taken yesterday afternoon. Pink Verbena with a Gulf Fritillary. Hanging Basket of Imapaitens.
Pansies...
with a visitor.
I am just loving the different shades of whites and greens that this Ornamental Cabbage is showing.White Petunia
Clouded Sulphur on the Dianthus, Sweet William.
Pineapple Sage
These Petunias are taking their time filling in the bucket.
Lamb's Ear, no flowers but lovely soft foliage.
and of course struggling Snapdragons.

At least you still have some nice blooming flowers. Everything in my yard(except some blue pansies)is dead. Or I should say "gone to sleep". Thanks for giving us smiles this morning.
I always LOVE seeing your Tuesday flowers, Darla... It always cheers me up -especially this time of year. We only have Pansies now---and they are quite cold this week!!!!
How nice you still have some butterflies in the garden. All mine are long gone & the blooms are pretty sad now after the frost we had yesterday & then the rain last night.
Oh my, what lovely pictures. What is prettier than butterflies on flowers? Up here in the North Country any sign of Mother Nature is gone--except for snow, of course!
Your blooms today are so beautiful,I sure wish I still had so many at my home. The 28 degrees last week took care of what I had left.I posted late today, hope you gt a chance to go see what I posted.
I like the Lamb's Ear best when it is like yours are right now. Love to feel the leaves, don't care for the bloom they make.
I was noticing the pansies around here yesterday frozen. I don't think it is going to be a good year for them here, it is predicted to be a COLD winter. If so they will stay frozen more than in bloom.
That butterfly photo is beautiful. It's so large! I love Lamb's Ear. Can't keep my hands off of it. It only does well in spring here, so I try to get some every year. It only looks good for 3 months, then it's gone. Happy Thanksgiving, Aiyana

Darla: Beautiful captures of the flowers, bee and butterflies. When I see that Clouded Sulfur I have to remember my Preying Mantis.
Not only do you still have beautiful blooms but butterflies too! Love the colors of the pansies. Happy Bloomin' Tuesday! Jean

Very nice!! I think I like the shot of the pansy best, and the butterflies. :-)
That's so cool you have so many outdoor flowers still and butterflies and other polinating insects to photograph. Nice.
