Our Sunday

It has been a blessed day for us at the Green home. We went to Church, came home and I did 4 loads of laundry, cooked pigs in the blanket (it's a tradition on the first day of school for lunches), cooked collard greens and fried squash for supper to go with my husband's famous BBQ ribs, oh and someone needed something ironed for the first day of school. Will be giving ironing lessons soon. Then Rebekah HAD to read the book Attracting Birds.............and you see what transpired from that. Tomorrow's the first day of school and the girls along with myself are looking forward to it. Not because we don't like being together, because it brings new growth and accomplishments.
