Here we have some of my mints. Spearmint, Peppermint, Chocolate Mint and Kentucky Colonel Mint. The girls have tried putting the leaves in their drinking water to flavor it. The only mistake they made was putting about 15 leaves of different flavors in one glass...YUCK!

I just love these pepper plants. My grandmother used to have some of these. Can you keep them in the winter??

I usually keep my peppers growin in pots on the back deck, when the frost gets them I cut them back and the return in the spring. It's probably time to start fresh peppers though, I have banana peppers (hot and sweet), habanero, rooster spurs, bell peppers, and the ornamental ones.....and one I don't know what it is, the people in my neighborhood bring me things from time to time to see if I can get them to grow.
