Darla--thank you for inviting me to see your site. I love it! Your flowers are gorgeous and your photos wonderful. Loved the sky after the storm. What is a sunflower tree? I've never heard of that. Did you repair the damage to it OK? I want to add you to my list of Friends if that's ok. Check out my other blog Blue Lotus Tile, and my Mom's blog Life in Wakefield. Right now I have to just enjoy her flowers!

Darla, your quotes are uplifting...I too feel very close to the Lord in nature. I am encouraged by your love of being a Mom and caring for your garden, and making jellies, etc. It's wonderful to see others who know the trust God places in women in the home and with their families. God bless you and yours.

Of course you can add me to your list of friends. I take pics for fun and every now and then they turn out well enough to share. This is my first year with the sunflower tree, it is supposed to get 15 x 18 and have large yellow blooms in the fall that are very fragrant. We'll see. I think I repaired it enough to have a showing. (I actually ask God to bless my flowers)
