Trying my hand at many types of crafty techniques. I enjoy altering, stamping, coloring, etching, and even some metal stamping from time to time..... Darla G
Great shots of the birds.I just scrolled down and found the posts about your Son. My heart goes out to you and your family. Looking at his picture brought me to tears. I will be keeping all of you - including his friends - in prayer.((hugs))
Those are good shots of the birds. The one in the middle almost blends in with the tree trunk.I just read about what happened to your son. I'm so sorry he went through that.Glad he is safe and recovering though...*Hugs*
Hi Darla... Great 'critter' pictures!!! How are you? How's your son and daughter??? Hope life is becoming more 'normal' with your family now. Love and Prayers,BetsyP.S. How is the Potting Shed doing????
Thanks for staying in the blogging circle!! Good shot of your 'critters'! Hugs to you and your son!BYW, did I say he sure is a good looking kid? Hope he is healing.
I like these, especially the middle one. I've tried, with very limited success, to take pictures of some of the birds we see around here; but I've found it difficult! You did a great job! :)
nice little feathered critters to add cheer to your day.
I think that shot of the nuthatch is awesome!
Aren't birds fun to photograph? Nice captures!
Very nice! Lots of visitors to the buffet.
Dipped in peanut butter.LOL FUNNY.Your camera critters are so cute. I finlly got me a critter on camera, will post later. Sure hope body and minds or better and you all are healing.
Aren't the birds like the blooms in winter?! Don't you love that feeder by Droll Yankee? I have 2 of them, 1 on either side of the deck, and the squirrels can only take advantage of it if my battery has run down:) They've eliminated (some) of my squirrel problems...but not all...as I've got a TON of them! I suppose you must too??Jan
Hi Darla, Nice captures of the birds! I truly love nuthatches and hope to have a pair breeding in my backyard this year. They are so energetic and beautiful birds too. But the truth is, I love all native birds. They make beautiful music and are fun to watch too.
the silhouette is beautiful!I too send good thoughts to you and your family!! and I would call the newspaper and demand they be more responsible - assumptions are NOT newsI hope everyone heals quickly
good ones - that header just makes me so happy to see all the color Sandy
Darla: Wonderful critters, thanks for sharing your birds with us.
I hope spending time in your garden brings you peace and hope in the situation you find yourselves in.
The nuthatch was my favorite - his classic pose of walking down the tree headfirst! Cute!
Fun bird pics. I like the second one the best.
Great birds you have visiting Darla!
